A Beginners Strongman Session 1 hour max, where you can learn to  use the implements used in strongman competitions. We will work on 1 or 2 events per session. Ideal for those looking to start strongman or just want to try the Kit. Open to Men and Women

MST (Modified Strongman Training) Conditioning Class..........Tuesday 5:30pm & Saturday 9.30am

MST is a circuit based class using strongman based equipment such as the prowler (sled), farmers walk and log to increase cardiovascular performance and muscular endurance.

Belly Buster HiiT Lunchtime Class..........Monday & Wednesday 12:30pm

A High Intensity Interval class lasting around 30 minutes and utilising a range of Callisthenic exercises along with some equipment based exercises

SpartaFit Morning Class.........Tuesday & Thursday 6:15am

A Circuit based class using a variety of equipment from tyres to barrels and strongman logs to SAQ  (speed agility quickness) speed ladders and callisthenics
